General Fantasy Betting Rules

  • For scoring purposes, the following websites www.nfl.com www.nba.com and www.mlb.com will be used.
  • In head-to-head matchups and group betting, all players must play to have action, otherwise all bets will be refunded.
  • All Betting Baseball matches must last at least 5 full innings with no inning maximum. After 5 innings, all statistics are taken from www.mlb.com.
  • All NFL Betting matches must last at least 55 minutes to have action. NBA games must last at least 43 minutes to have action.
  • All bets will be valid, regardless of a venue, date/time change, as long as the affected match is played within seven days of the original schedule, NBA and MLB games which are not played on the scheduled date will be canceled. MLB pitching changes do not affect fantasy betting, unless the changed pitchers affect match ups or group bets .
  • Season group betting stands, which means that all wagers will be valid regardless of players playing or not a game.
  • All points are accumulated per player or position, where specified.
  • In the case of a draw, tiebreakers will be used. See the definitions below.

MLB Betting Points System

Batting

Specified batters do not accumulate pitching statistics.

Tiebreakers

  • The player with the best statistics in these categories decides the batter winner (only to decide the winner).
  • Player with the least strikeouts.
  • T he player with the most hits, RBI’S, runs, base on balls (BB).
Hits 1 pt
Runs 2 pts
Single 1 pt
Double 2 pts
Triple 4 pts
Home Run 3 pts
RBI 1 pt
Stolen base 1 pt
Base on balls 1 pt
Strikeouts -2 pts

Pitching (Pitching)

Pitchers’ statistics only, hitting/At Bats, etc. are not included for pitchers.

Innings pitched.

2 points (fractions count, i.e. 5.1 innings = 10.2 points).

Tiebreakers

  • The player with the best statistics in these categories, in order, will decide the winner batter (only to decide the winner):
    • The player with the more innings pitched.
    • The pitcher with more strikeouts, fewest hits, fewest walks, fewest runs.
  • After the tiebreaker rules, if the players are still tied:
    • Head-to-head bets will be refunded.
    • In the case of a draw where 3 or more competitors are offered in one betting option, the payout will be divided by the number of players tied.

Rushing/Receiving Yards 1 pt per 10 yards
Receptions (for PPR only) 1 pt

Passing Interceptions Thrown 2 pts negative
Fumbles Lost to Opponent 2 pts negative
Passing Yards 1 pt per 25 yards
Passing/Rushing/Receiving 2 Point Conversions 2 pts
Field Goal Made (0-39 yards) 3 pts
Field Goal Made (40-49 yards) 4 pts
Field Goal Made (50+ yards) 5 pts
Missed Field Goal 1 pt negative
