Find our Live Chat Service
If you do not have a Betcris account or are not logged into your account
Mobile users:
- Go to the top right menu identified by 3 horizontal lines.
- Then, click on ‘Live Chat’.
Desktop users:
- Go to the bottom of your screen.
- Then, click on ‘Live Chat’.
If you are already logged in your Betcris account
Mobile users:
- Click on your ‘Account icon’ at the top right of your screen.
- Then, click on ‘Chat’.
Desktop/desktop users:
- Scroll to the bottom of your screen.
- Then, click on the yellow ‘Live Chat’ icon.
If you need to find the Live Chat icon in the Online Cashier
Mobile users:
- Log in to your Betcris account.
- Click on the ‘Main Menu,’ in the upper left side of your screen, and then on ‘Cashier’.
- Click on the Cashier ‘Chat’ icon at the top right of your screen.
Desktop users:
- Click on the ‘Cashier,’ in the upper side of your screen.
- Click on the ‘Chat’ icon, located at the top right of your screen.
If you still cannot see the Live Chat icon, you may need to clear your browser’s cookies and cache.
Deleting cookies and cache from my browser
In the Chrome app:
- Open the Chrome app on your Android phone or tablet.
- Click on the ‘More’ option (three-dot vertical menu) in the upper-right corner.
- Select ‘History’ option.
- Click on ‘Clear browsing data’.
- Choose a time interval (the ‘All’ option is recommended).
- Check the boxes next to ‘Site data and cookies’ and ‘Cached images and files’.
- Click on ‘Clear Data’.
In your Chrome browser on Windows (desktop):
- Open a Chrome Window.
- Click on the ‘More’ option (three-dot vertical menu) in the upper-right corner of your screen.
- Select the ‘More tools’ option.
- Click on ‘Clear browsing data’.
- Choose a time interval (the ‘All’ option is recommended).
