To find your real money, open bets, total, Free Play, and Betcris Points balances, you just need to:
Mobile users:
- Log in to your Betcris account.
- Click on your ‘Account’ icon in the upper right side of your screen.
- A menu will be displayed where you will be able to see all your balances.
Desktop users:
- Log in to your Betcris account.
- Click on the ‘dropdown list’ icon under your Account number, in the upper-right side of your screen.
- A menu will be displayed where you will be able to see all your balances.
The shown balances are the following:
- Available: It is the total balance for you to continue betting.
- Stake: It is the money that you have placed on recent bets that have not been qualified yet.
- Total: It is the combination of the available and stake balances.
- Free Plays: It represents your account Free Plays available.
- Betcris Points: It refers to the Bectris Points earned and available to redeem.
